- Aussie Vape Store is an online store that specializes in selling IGET disposable vapes each containing 5% nicotine to customers in Australia.
- Due to Australian laws prohibiting the sale of nicotine-containing e-cigarettes and e-liquids, we have to ship our products directly from our overseas warehouse in Hong Kong.
- Currently we only ship to Australia, and all orders are delivered via Australia Post to any Australia Post delivery locations.
- Shipping typically takes between 2 to 5 business days, although it may take longer depending on your location.
Yes, we will email you your tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress. And you can also view your specific orders tracking number here
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PAYID and we also accept Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, DOGE and more).
- We offer a range of IGET disposable vapes, including the IGET XXL with 1800+ puffs, IGET King with 2600+ puffs, IGET Mega with 3000+ puffs, IGET Bar with 3500+ puffs, IGET Legend with 4000+ puffs, and IGET Goat with 5000+ puffs.
- Our products undergo rigorous testing and quality control procedures to ensure they meet industry standards. However, as with any nicotine-containing product, our disposable vapes should be used responsibly and kept out of reach of children, and not to be used by or around individuals who are pregnant.
- If a disposable vape is leaking, unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to fix it as they are designed to be disposed of once the e-liquid has run out. So, we suggest contacting our support email as soon as possible, make sure to include your order number and a clear image and/or video of the leak, for a possible replacement or refund.
- To ensure you get the most out of your IGET disposable vape, there are a few things you can do to help prolong its lifespan:
- Store your IGET vape in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Avoid leaving your IGET vape unused for an extended period of time, as this can cause the battery to degrade and reduce its performance.
- Do not expose your IGET vape to water or other liquids.
- Keep the mouthpiece clean by wiping it with a clean cloth or tissue. Do not attempt to remove the mouthpiece or disassemble the device, as it is designed to be disposable and not meant to be taken apart.
- Dispose of your IGET vape responsibly and according to local regulations, as it contains a battery and other electronic components that can be harmful to the environment if not properly disposed of.
- To know when your IGET Disposable vape is finished, you can look out for a flashing blue light indicator. This means that the battery has run out and the device needs to be disposed of. If you continue to use the device beyond this point, you may experience a burnt taste or a decrease in vapor production. It is important to dispose of your IGET Disposable vape responsibly once it has reached the end of its life to avoid any potential hazards or environmental damage.
- In Australia, it is recommended to dispose of a vape containing a lithium-ion battery at a designated battery recycling center or collection point. Some local councils also have collection services for hazardous waste, including lithium-ion batteries. It is important to never dispose of these batteries in regular household waste or in water, as they can cause environmental harm and pose a safety risk.
- At the moment, we are unsure of the potential changes that may occur with regards to the sale of vapes or when these changes will be taking place. However, we are continuing to operate as normal and will keep our customers updated if there are any changes to our services.
- If the shipping is unsuccessful due to any reason except for an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout, we will provide a full refund. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
